Belvoir is pleased to announce that seven new franchise owners have joined the network so far this year, and several more are set to join in the coming months.
“It has been an enormously busy and industrious period for the Belvoir recruitment team,” confirms Dorian Gonsalves, Director of Commercial and Franchising.
“As the lettings market continues to expand and, there is renewed buoyancy in the residential sales market, making this a perfect time for anyone who is considering property management as a new career, to join the Belvoir network.
“Seven new franchise owners have recently joined the network, either by taking on the resale of an existing operation, or launching a cold start.
“I would like to welcome Robert Price, who is the new owner of Belvoir Huntingdon, Saj Gill, who has taken on the Leicester Central and South East office, Bobby Singh who has bought three Belvoir offices in Coventry, Corby and Kettering, Davinder Gharial who has bought Belvoir Hitchin, Wiliam and Riaan Venter who have taken on the Watford office and Spencer Branagh who has taken over the Belvoir Solihull office.
“In addition to these, a new Belvoir office is being opened by Tim Hughes in Newbury. I am also excited to confirm that our September induction course is full and we have several more new franchise owners lined up to join the network in the near future.
“This is a very exciting period for Belvoir, and we are well positioned to help franchise owners to grow their portfolio of lettings and sales through organic and acquisition growth throughout their association with the company. We also pride ourselves on providing exceptional support and assistance to franchise owners when they choose to capitalize on their investment and move on, and our franchise resale programme is particularly successful.”
Recent activity within the Belvoir network brings the total number of outlets around the UK to 157.
