How can I find out how much a franchise fee is?

Do I need a high street shop?
If you are buying an existing business, yes, however our accumulate and alliance models allow you the opportunity to grow your business over a three-year period before entering into a high street location. This gives you the opportunity to work from home and build your portfolio with admin support from our experienced central office
Do I need lettings and estate agency experience?

What training do you provide?
There is a 4 week training course which you will be required to attend before starting your business.
Do I get exclusive rights to my area?
Yes, our franchises are assigned an exclusive territory which they are able to trade within.
What are the ongoing fees?
The Management service fee is 12% plus 1% in addition for the national promotional funds
Will you help me with marketing?
