Davinder's testimonial comes in the wake of recent news that consumers are increasingly preferring to interact with a franchise brand than a stand-alone brand.
More than one if five (21.4%) British consumers have admitted that they are more likely to buy a product or service if it belongs to a franchise, according to this research. The study of 1,000 shoppers revealed that over half of respondents visit franchise businesses between 1 and 5 times in an average month and stated that "quality of service" was their top reason for choosing to visit.
