Existing agencies joining Belvoir

With the recent acquisition of Northwood, Belvoir is now the biggest property franchise group on the highstreet in the U.K.

There is strength in numbers on many levels, including support, brand awareness, marketing efforts, and overall presence in the sector and with consumers.

For an existing independent agency, working in isolation may be becoming increasingly challenging due to many factors including market conditions and increasing local competition.

For those reasons, an independent agency owner may like to consider "backing" their existing business onto the Belvoir brand, and becoming part of our growing network.  This would involve re-branding the current business as Belvoir.

Doing so allows the independent agency to benefit from Belvoir's increasing brand awareness, network, marketing campaigns, and IT support, not to mention keeping up to date with compliance and legislation issues.

This option is particularly suited to agencies that are looking to scale up and grow, with Belvoir aiding the process through our central functions which operate out of our Headquarters in Grantham.

Our former Head of Franchise, Andy Smith (who left to run one of our franchises!) talks through the benefits of an existing agency joining the Belvoir family:

Our new Franchise Recruitment Manager, Rob Maciejewski, would welcome all approaches of this nature and is happy to chat through options informally.

You can use the "chat" facility to book an appointment, or find our contact details on the contact page, and get in touch.

Belvoir is an award-winning estate and lettings agency with over 300 successful offices around the U.K.  If you would like to talk about being our next success story, please call us on 01476 570000 or email us on franchising@belvoir.co.uk
