The dynamic husband and wife team Kerry and Jamie Smith, unveiled the sleek new premises at an official opening. The celebration saw clients, business associates and the town’s Deputy Mayor show up in support of this new milestone.

Belvoir had already been in Swindon for ten years before the team bought into the franchise in 2007. The couple believed they could take the business further forward from the previous owner, and they certainly were not wrong.
The previous office was just a few doors down from this stand-out site but Kerry and Jamie's commitment to providing customer care to clients over the past seven years has put them ‘miles ahead’ in the local property sector.
With a growing portfolio of over 350 properties under management their business continues to achieve year on year growth. Many of their landlords and tenants are ‘first time’ renters and who live and work locally, or are regular commuters to Oxford, Newbury or London.
“The local market is very healthy and we face some stiff competition, but we believe that by striving for excellence in everything we do we will continue to attract buy to let investors looking for an independent, expert service which is tailored exactly to their individual needs,” says Kerry.
“Our team is highly trained, has extensive knowledge of the local area and is adept at providing expert guidance to anyone to look after their existing property interests, including property maintenance and management or, in the case of novice landlords, their prospective buy to let investment.”
