New apprenticeship programme unveiled for up-and-coming lettings and sales professionals.
Belvoir are delighted to announce the introduction of their exciting new apprenticeship programme.
Working in conjunction with LMPQ (part of the Leaping Man Group), Belvoir will be offering talented young apprentices the chance to become part of its successful network.
Aiming to mentor and support young individuals as they start their career in the property industry, the ‘Belvoir Apprenticeship Scheme’ will present two-year apprenticeships combining work-based tutorials, online learning, learner progress reviews, exams and onsite observation. On completion, successful applicants will receive a City and Guilds Certificate in Property (Residential Letting) at the end of year one, and the City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Property (Residential Letting), plus the Level 3 NFoPP Technical Award, at the end of year two.
“The training will be branded Belvoir and include modules that mirror our business culture and practices,” says Belvoir’s Business Support Director Ian Maclean. “Providers of work related vocational training LMPQ will support the trainees with a full-time dedicated team of trainers and assessors to work exclusively with the Belvoir apprentices.
“This is an incredible opportunity for the Belvoir group to show our national approach to the recruitment and development of the next generation of property professionals.”
Belvoir’s Director of Commercial and Franchising Dorian Gonsalves adds, “We are now in our 20th year and have discovered that some of our best and most talented staff are home grown, as in they have begun at the bottom and learned all aspects of the job and then advanced up the career ladder on the basis that they have a full grasp of what it feels like to be working on the ground floor, offering the best levels of customer service to landlords and tenants.
“The apprenticeship scheme gives the opportunity for young people who are interested in building a career in property and offers franchise owners and managers the opportunity to recruit raw talent and equip these brilliant young people with the skills they will need to triumph in the industry.”
