Belvoir Lettings recruits new franchise support staff

Belvoir Lettings has appointed four new staff members to join the support team at Central Office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

“Belvoir’s expansion plans are now firmly under way and as a result I have appointed two new Business Development Managers, as well as a trainee auditor and an additional member of staff to work on the contract for the prestigious Belvoir Castle Estate properties,” confirms CEO Dorian Gonsalves.

“We have recruited Martin Murphy and Paul Horton as Business Development Managers. Martin and Paul are both highly experienced in the lettings industry and will be working closely with our franchise owners to help their businesses achieve maximum potential. Belvoir prides itself on the level of support offered to new and existing franchise owners at every stage of their association with the Group and we are confident that Paul and Martin will help us to enhance this service going forward.

“I have also appointed Kelly Cronogue as a trainee auditor who be joining auditor Bethany Southam and operations manager Cheryl Watts. The auditing team is working to complete an annual audit on every office within the group.

“Sebastian Brady has also been appointed to work with property manager Linda Pink on the prestigious Belvoir Castle Estate account.

“The total number of staff based at Central Office is now 28 and confirms Belvoir’s commitment to the level of service that Belvoir delivers to franchise owners.”
