Belvoir scoops Lettings Franchise of the Year – for a record fourth time
Proving that Belvoir really is a golden business opportunity for franchise owners, the judges at this year’s Lettings Agency of the Year Awards have awarded Belvoir the top Gold Award for Lettings Franchise of the Year - for a record fourth time.
Belvoir was also awarded a Bronze Award for Best Customer Service Agency (Large) in recognition of the outstanding service provided to clients.
The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, in association with The Sunday Times and the Times, and sponsored by Zoopla, culminated in a glittering awards ceremony at the opulent Lancaster London Hotel on 20th June. The very best agents in the UK attended the awards, where celebrity hosts Katie Piper and Penny Smith revealed who had been judged to be the best of the best.

They undertook a let-only service for a landlord, but following a fire at the property, worked with both parties and the landlord now retains them to manage his portfolio as well. Training is stringent and provided across live sessions and online platforms for both franchise owners and employees. The team is encouraged to build a rapport with clients and the dedicated customer service helpline is there to help with any issues. Offices are subject to audits, both expected and unannounced to ensure compliance and standards are up to scratch.”
