Harpreet opened his first Belvoir office, Belvoir Kettering, in August 2006 and building on this success invested in Belvoir Desborough earlier this year (February 2010).

Why Belvoir?

After just four years with Belvoir, Harpreet Garcha, proprietor of Belvoir Kettering and Belvoir Desborough, will soon be adding Belvoir Coventry Central to his portfolio of Belvoir offices.

Due to be located at 140 Walsgrave Road, Coventry, CV2 4AX, Belvoir Coventry Central will be launched at the end of the month.

“Belvoir Coventry Central will be a cold-start and the anticipated opening date is the end of September 2010,” says Harpreet.

Success to date:

Harpreet opened his first Belvoir office, Belvoir Kettering, in August 2006 and building on this success invested in Belvoir Desborough earlier this year (February 2010).

“I have been looking to take on a new office within a city location to bring more competition to our existing business in Kettering,” says Harpreet. “The location we have chosen for the new office is on one of the busiest routes into the city.”

Harpreet is now looking forward to the challenges ahead and has recruited extra staff to help him juggle the three offices and allow him to potentially grow his portfolio further.

Vision for the future

“I am now looking forward to the future and to producing another thriving office,” says Harpreet. “As we are always looking to acquire and rapidly grow organically, should another good opportunity arise, we shall certainly invest in a fourth office too.”
